Mnemonica: a working definition

ne-mon-ik-a.  Pertaining to memories buried deep in the mind which are triggered by external stimuli.  Also, as a method to recall and organize buried information through the use of key words or symbols which activate and allow the mind access to such buried information.

A striking image or particular sound may trigger such memories.

Bucky Kaps roams the halls of said mansion, uncertain what he is looking for yet compelled nonetheless.

Bucky stops at a window and looks out over the yard below

He hears a strange noise and remembers Meghan

She appears

and he remembers his childhood

Meghan approaches

Bucky accepts Meghan's appearance as part of his childhood memory.  He understands she is an hallucination produced by the strange noise.

What he doesn't understand yet is how far this hallucination will go
